The provision of this roadside assistance package for Standard "Gold" & "Platinum" contracts is conditional upon the validity of your mechanical protection plan which was issued at the same time. Therefore the servicing requirements of that plan MUST be maintained for the Standard "Gold" & "Platinum"  roadside assistance plan to also remain valid.   Note: Gold Select & Platinum Select (see top of contract for correct title) is not conditional upon the validity of any Mechanical Protection Plan.   The roadside assistance membership is valid for the vehicle, not just for the person who owns the car. This means all your family members will be covered for the unexpected when they are driving the vehicle as well. Your mechanical protection plan contract number, as shown on your application page, is also your roadside assistance reference number. Roadside assist contracts which have been purchased are not refundable. NRA reserves the right to withdraw service where use is excessive due to lack of regular maintenance or the failure to rectify any ongoing fault. NRA reserves the right to terminate or alter the conditions of its roadside assist program at any time.
